Long term rentals are for a period greater than two weeks. A great fit for on-site food storage needs for caterers, farmer’s markets, butcher shops, sporting events, renovations, and more.
Six easy steps when renting from SCS for an effortless process.
1.
Initial Inquiry
Let us know what you’re looking for via our online form submission, a call or an email.
An SCS team member will respond to you within 1 business day to gather additional details and provide a quote.
2.
Solidify Rental
Confirm your rental with a 50% deposit, and confirm event details such as site location, date and time of event, point of contact, etc.
3.
Confirm Event
An SCS team member will connect with you one week prior to the event to firm up any final details and confirm delivery time.
4.
Day of Set Up
SCS will deliver and set-up your trailer rental, and meet with the point of contact on-site to ensure the trailer gets set-up in the right spot.
The team will unhook from the truck, and level the trailer in your desired location. We’ll stabilize the trailer using the back jacks and ensure the trailer reaches the desired temperature in 30 minutes or less.
5.
Take Down and Pick-up
SCS will come to tear down and pick up the trailer. The point of contact is not required to be on-site for pickup.

Re-Book!
After experiencing our top tier service and seamless process, you’ll want to book us again for your next event!
Rental Contract
Upon confirmation of your rental, SCS will provide a customized rental agreement for review and signing.
Standard terms and conditions apply, including:
Deposit,
Refund policy,
Prohibited use,
Damage,
Accidents and theft,
Return of trailer
All renters must be 18 years of age and must provide the following in order to solidify their rental:
Full name,
Contact information,
Mailing address,
Driver’s license number,
Site location, and
Service needed
A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required for a booking to be confirmed.
